Simply browse our curated collections, select your favorite items, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed promptly.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are confirmed to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes, please contact us at care@maisonducat.com within 12 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we can’t guarantee changes after that window.

Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. After that, they are shipped from our international fulfillment centers.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 10–15 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal services.
Q: Do you offer express or next-day shipping?
Not at this time. We are committed to quality and sustainability, and most of our items ship directly from our partners overseas.
Q: How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.

Q: Do you accept returns?
We do not accept physical returns to minimize waste and reduce carbon emissions. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email care@maisonducat.com within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll issue a full refund — no return required. For high-value items (over $100), we may ask for additional verification.
Q: What should I do with the item I’m not satisfied with?
You’re welcome to keep it, gift it, or donate it to a local shelter. We encourage responsible reuse and giving back to our furry friends in need.
